First time trying Kobe beef in Japan and it completely lived up to the hype. The chefs were incredibly friendly and entertaining — they made the whole experience feel personal, not just a meal. I really appreciated how thoughtfully each dish was introduced, with little details that made everything more meaningful. Every bite was amazing, and the quality of the beef was just next level. Definitely one of the most memorable meals I’ve had in Japan. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something special!
